My name is Kim Pigeon- Metzner and I am the owner and operator of KPM Arts Consulting.  My passion for the arts includes a wide variety of mediums and styles that started while I attended the University of Wisconsin Green Bay.  I graduated with a degree in Communication and the Arts with a Business Minor.

For ten years after graduating from college, I worked as a designer in Milwaukee, WI, creating custom three dimensional exhibits for the trade show industry and for museums. This job included consulting with the client, designing the exhibit, and working with project managers and a construction crew to oversee the completion of the project.  Some of the high end clients I worked with include SubZero, RayoVac, Potowatomi,  Betty Brinn Museum, Vans Shoes, Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, and the Milwaukee Convention Bureau to name a few.  Working as a designer, I learned that the greatest skill to have is to be able to listen to my clients needs in order to create a design and image that best expressed the philosophy and ideals of each business and organization.

In 2005 I returned to my hometown of Green Bay, WI to help develop a brand new not-for-profit art gallery.  I worked as a Gallery Manager and Artist Resource Director and built relationships with hundreds of local and regional artists helping them manage and expand their art careers.   My job included curating many different art exhibits for the gallery including solo and group art exhibits, themed exhibits, and cultural exhibits.  I also had the privilege to work with many community organizations on various projects including the Boys and Girls Club, John Dewey Academy, Aging Disability and Resource Center, University of Wi Green Bay, Northeast Wisconsin Artisan Center, Aspiro, and many local art organizations.

As an arts consultant for KPM Arts Consulting LLC, I have combined my twenty plus years of experience in the arts as a designer and artist resource director.  My objective is to create the perfect space for your business and organization using original artwork to enhance a message or image.  I work with a handful of established artists to create any custom piece of artwork including two dimensional artwork, murals, and sculptures.  I can also find the perfect piece of pre existing artwork for your space,  from my vast library of artists I have connections to.  My love for the arts has led me to volunteer my time in my community by serving on a public art committee and helping with various pop up art events in the area.

"Art can calm, inspire and start conversations for your visitors and employees.  Let me help you create the perfect space starting from idea to installation."
