Kent Hutchison is an artist and a craftsman with over 13 years of experience as a certified welder, carpenter and fabricator.  Kent blends his formal education as a craftsman with his broad experience as an artist in his non traditional approach to fabrication methodology.  Kent offers the full range of project development from conceptualization and motif drawing to design and fabrication of furniture, lighting, sculptures and installations.

With a formal education in Biology and visual arts, Kent's work is a critical study of the merger of these two disciplines.  His subjects range from animals and humans to abstract representations of emotion and energy.  Kent derives a lot of the inspiration for his work through observing nature.  "The closer we look into nature, the more that is revealed to us about human truths.
